TERMS OF SERVICE

By registering for and participating in The Choir, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Information
The Choir is an independently operated community vocal group led by two music professionals, Myles Finn and Lana Škrgatić. Rehearsals take place once weekly on Mondays at The American International School of Zagreb in Zagreb, Croatia.
Participation in The Choir constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Membership & Conduct
The Choir is designed for adults. All participants agree to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or conduct deemed inappropriate by the directors may result in removal from the group without refund.
The Choir reserves the right to make artistic, organizational, and membership decisions in the best interest of the ensemble.
3. Fees & Payments
Membership is €50 per month and must be paid at the beginning of each month to maintain participation. Payment instructions will be provided upon registration.
Fees are non-refundable once the month has begun, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of The Choir directors. Missed rehearsals do not qualify for refunds or credits.
4. Schedule & Changes
Rehearsals are scheduled once per week on Mondays. The Choir reserves the right to adjust rehearsal times, locations, or dates if necessary. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure, illness, force majeure), reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or communicate alternatives.
5. Media & Photography
Rehearsals and performances may be photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By participating, members grant The Choir permission to use images, audio, or video recordings for marketing, social media, and website content. Members may request in writing to opt-out of identifiable media use.
6. Liability
Participation in The Choir is voluntary. Members assume responsibility for their own well-being during rehearsals and related activities. The Choir, its directors, and venue partners are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during participation.
7. Data Protection
The Choir collects basic personal information (such as name and email address) for communication and administrative purposes only. Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties and will be stored securely. Members may request access to or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the administrative email.
